Clinic visits stay clinician-led. Patient reports are not clinician findings. Photography consent is not AI training or cell use.

Before you arrive

What to bring

  • A photo ID and your WoundBridge account email.
  • Your wound card if you have one, plus a list of medicines.
  • A caregiver if you want support during consent or a video visit.
  • Do not change dressings or the care plan on your own before the visit.

Independent consents

Photography, AI review, research, telemedicine, and reproductive or cell use are separate. Signing one does not sign the others.

Home check-in is a report

What you send from home is a patient report. A clinician still reviews and records findings.

After you leave

Use the Patient Portal for the next check-in, messages, or a scheduled video visit. It is not an emergency service.
